		<description>That is very good advice.  However, sometimes hitting and raking over the next ball has a purpose.  For me, before a round, my primary concern is loosening up safely, so starting with easy swings and building up.  After a round, sometimes the goal is just golf &quot;conditioning&quot;... I want to get in a lot of live swings, of course, maintaining proper technique and focus.</description>
