As I drove to work the other day, I was thinking about the Buick Invitational that was held last week at Torrey Pines. I couldn’t help thinking how much fun it would be to play there. I’m a huge fan of tying fitness and golf together to improve both my play and my life in general. Flexibility is paramount and strength is important. However, not to be ignored is cardiovascular health. Not only will it increase your endurance on the golf course, but it will also help you lead a healthier and happier life.
I’m thrilled to pass on a cool offer to Life in the Rough readers. Anthony over at Better Golf [...]
