Cardio helps in golf, most people do not seem to understand that - as a gym instructor and avid player of golf, I think being fit helps me with my game.

		<description>I am two weeks into the program and I will have to say it is a great addition to a workout.  you sometimes forget about the cardio aspect of golf but it certainly helps.

I also have been avoiding the carts. You forget sometimes how truly big a golf course is until you walk it.  That can make for a pretty good workout.</description>
