I'm not sure why that is. I think all of North America is in the same DVD region, so that can't be the issue. Have you tried contacting anyone at the site? I'm amazed at how many coaches and trainers and advisers that pro athletes and aspiring athletes often use to get to where they want to be. I haven't looked into Fitzgerald's story further, but I wonder how old "he was over the age of 40" is? :) Informative review.
