Golf Terms - Ball Flight Edition

Every so often, I get searches here whose purpose is very clearly to understand some of the basic terms of golf. Golf has its own vocabulary and the meanings of of the words aren’t always clear.

  • This time of year, it seems like every time I play, it’s more windy than summer time. Maybe I just notice it more because it’s a cold Canadian wind, instead of a hot breeze coming up from the south.
